Refund Policy

At Lithium Cart Battery, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of lithium batteries and related installation services, the following refund policy applies:

Products

Unused and unopened products may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase, subject to inspection and approval.
Lithium batteries that have been installed, used, or damaged are non-refundable.
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.

Installation & Services

Installation and labor charges are non-refundable once services have been performed.
Cancellations made prior to installation may be eligible for a refund of service fees.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must contact us before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
